Karen helped me find my dream spot at Lake Anna. She was always available to answer any questions I had as a first time buyer. We highly recommend our Lake Anna Realtor, Karen Moskowitz.
Karen began showing us homes in January 2021. We lost our first offer, but won our second, and had a smooth settlement in May.
We are new to the area, wells & septic, and requirements for home purchases in Virginia. Karen guided us through the entire process. We were very happy with her vendor recommendations and we felt she was always looking out for our best interests.
When we had a last minute issue with a delivery on the morning of settlement, she stepped in and accepted it for us which was a HUGE help. Karen was super responsive and helpful with all of our questions. We highly recommend Karen Moskowitz, your Lake Anna Realtor!

Karen is a delightful person! We so enjoyed working with her to find our home! She was on top of every detail. Her connections and referrals for financing, insurance, and service business also was an added bonus that helped streamline the process. She was a friend that was there for us every step of the way.
