Karen Polishuk

Integrity, dedication, perseverance, and a willingness to go the extra mile for her clients are what sets Karen apart from other agents! She loves the challenge of finding the perfect home for her clients as well as the knowledge that her listings are always perfectly market ready for a buyer to view.

Now as part of the dynamic Land|Litwack & Associates team, working as an agent as well as transaction coordinator, she has an even stronger grasp of all of the steps to take a client from contract to close.

Growing up in a home in which her mother owned a Real Estate Company and her father was an Appraiser, it was inevitable that Karen would follow in their footsteps. And she did. She is a licensed Broker and a Certified Residential Appraiser, having over 15 years of valuable experience in both professions.

Karen, and her husband Ronnie, and their two dogs currently reside in Clayton. She is active in her community and enjoys frequent trips to Los Angeles to visit her daughter.
