Yes, she is experienced and professional in her field, but what makes a true difference is she is very kind, caring and willing to take extra steps for her customers. I am from California, and I bought a house from her without looking at it. Needless to say, that required lots more communications and efforts from Karen, from getting a local loan to order the inspections, from coordinate both parities regarding the repairs to get them done, Karen did it ALL! And her supports extended even after the deal was closed. I couldn't thank her enough for her thoughtfulness and kindness, it is truly a pleasure and bless to have her services.
