With professional and experience in search to being the best broker any person could ask for, she is down to earth and doesn’t put lipstick on a pig to cover up anything. We were selling a property from long distance. This is never easy because you must rely heavily upon the realtor. I found Karen to be quick to respond. She kept the ball rolling when we ran into snags. Her fee was very reasonable. She was understanding of the emotional attachment that my mother had to the property. She gave us options. Together we got the job done.

We’ve been working with Karen for several years now, on both sides of the real estate transaction. In every circumstance, she is highly responsive, very professional, informative and personable. She knows her business well and is very trustworthy. We were not easy buyers... it took her 3 years to find us a house because we kept changing our minds. She worked with us, at our pace, and helped us through the entire process. This month, we decided to sell our first house. Several realtors inquired about listing our house but I knew from experience, the only call I needed to make was Karen. Our house sold immediately and at full asking price.
