Karen Rotkis

Karen began her real estate career after the 2008 financial crisis with a clear goal—build strong personal investments while helping others make smart, informed real estate decisions. Her early experience working with new construction in Central Ohio gave her valuable insight into contracts, the homebuilding process, appraisals, title companies, banks, and mortgage financing.

Beyond helping clients, Karen actively invests in real estate herself. She has purchased commercial property, rental homes, and residential properties, and she currently operates a successful Airbnb. This hands-on investment experience gives her clients an advantage when evaluating opportunities and understanding the true potential of a property.

Karen believes real estate is ultimately about people and their goals. She enjoys getting to know her clients, understanding their unique situations, and helping them find the right path—whether that means buying a family home, selling a property, or building long-term wealth through real estate investments.
