Prior to becoming the Sierra Oaks Manager, where she oversaw more than 80 of the region’s leading real estate professionals, Karen was Coldwell Banker’s top agent for 7 years.
Her “Saenz Sells” and “Saenz Sold” signs could be seen all over the greater Sacramento area.
During her own selling career, where she was regularly ranked among the top 100 Coldwell Banker agents in the Sacramento-Tahoe region and honored for 7 consecutive years for being in the top 1% of company agents worldwide, Karen solved pressing real estate issues on a regular basis.
After serving as manager and dealing with the challenges of 80 agents on a daily basis, there is nothing that she hasn’t seen or doesn’t know how to handle.
