Put simply, Karen doesn’t mess around. She quickly, effectively, and quite painlessly sold our house in Northborough while we were already living out of state. She made the entire process so easy. She has a full Rolodex of people to help with staging, handyman tasks, etc and she is experienced enough to give great advice. I recommend her with enthusiasm and without any hesitation.

Though my husband and I have bought a home before, this was our first time selling, and Karen was amazing. Karen is the ultimate professional! She went above and beyond in service. Not only did she deliver on all the services she promised (professional photographer and videographer, setting up private viewings and open houses, standout postings on MLS, etc), but she even volunteered for additional services and support (meeting with Title 5 guys, meeting the banker and on the ready with comps, we could go on and on). Karen’s connections and recommendations were Angi like. Curtis Sewerage was excellent and provided a discount based on Karen’s referral. Hennessy Real Estate Law was the best experience we have had when selling. It made the experience as a whole comfortable knowing you could trust and rely on Karen and her network of referrals.
We gave her 5 stars, but would like to add another (think of it as a tip for excellence)!

Working with Karen was the highlight of house hunting. She is honest, professional, and always had our best interest in mind. Buying a home can be pretty overwhelming and scary, especially being a first time buyer, but Karen was prompt and easy to reach when we needed help or had questions. She was quick to put offers in when we asked. I genuinely feel that she cares about her clients as if they were family. Karen Scopetski was the listing agent for our home located in Boylston, Massachusetts. Our home was listed with Karen in May 2011, an offer was received in mid August, and our home closed in late October. Our experience in working with Karen throughout the entire process was highly satisfactory and we enthusiastically recommend her professional service to anyone looking to sell their home. If we are ever to buy another home in Central Massachusetts, she will be the agent we call for help. There are several things about Karen that most impressed us during the time she worked on our behalf: Constant attention - Karen always promptly returned our phone calls or email messages, and she often checked-in with a phone call on a weekly basis to share market updates. She proactively scheduled open houses when she observed periods of quieter activity from prospective buyers. We relocated out of state in mid August and there were numerous details that needed tending to in preparation for our closing. Karen willingly took care of those details for us, using her very rich network of professional contacts. For example, the buyer’s home inspection noted a few small jobs that needed attention and Karen arranged for contractors to get the work done. For us, she was invaluable in following what could have been overwhelming details as our home progressed toward the sale.
