Karen Smith did an excellent job selling our house for us, we would recommend her to anyone looking for a Realtor. She was very professional, knowledgeable & helpful. She listened very well to what our needs were & she was very calm & responsive. She had excellent suggestions & her knowledge of the local market & pulling comparable sales & posting our house with a “Coming Soon” just before it hit the MLS listing enabled her to strategically price our house to maximize showings, allowing for a very quick turnaround of time for the multiple offers to come in on our house at much higher than asking price. She guided and advised us through the process each step along the way which enabled the process to go as easily & stress free as possible. Karen took what could have been a stressful process and made it pleasant and the easiest real estate transaction we’ve ever had. If we ever needed a Realtor again, we would definitely utilize Karen Smith & we would recommend her highly to anyone in need of a Realtor.

Karen was an angel!! Very helpful, accommodating to my crazy schedule, and knowledgable on terminology, homes, and gave honest reflection on each viewing so I wasn't making a bad decision. She was phenomenal to work with and I am very excited to live in this new home!

Karen Smith was a Pro from start to finish! Karen was patient, kind and answered all my questions. She sold my house in two days! In the process of buying my other house, she was able to recommend a handyman, an inspection company, brick company, and even a moving company.
