Karen Straus

Karen Straus has been a Colorado resident since 2000 and she absolutely loves living on the Front Range! Every town is unique and has something special to offer. Real Estate is her true calling, and it has been a thrill to represent buyers and sellers as they navigate a fast paced and ever-changing market. Writing creative and competitive offers to win bidding wars is her specialty, even for those without big down payments. She especially loves working with first time homebuyers. She remembers the thrill and excitement of buying her first home and she approaches every transaction with the same enthusiasm as if it were her own. After two decades on the front range, she has come to know and love all the incredible neighborhoods and everything they have to offer. In addition to having a wealth of knowledge of the area, she would like to think she brings patience, kindness, and expert negotiation skills to the table. She currently lives in Louisville with her husband and two young girls.
