About Karen

Karen has been coming to the River Communities since 1978 and has been involved in the River community since 2014 as Mohave Valley Chamber of Commerce Secretary, then moved to Bullhead Area Chamber when they merged. Currently, she sits on the Bullhead Area Chamber Board of Directors and supports and participates in community activities, like the Octoberfest Fire Responders Event. Karen is also a Rotarian from the Mohave Sunrise Rotary Group and participates in community fundraising events, Kid’s Q, First Responders Event, Shop with the First Responders, and provided donations for the Feeding of the Hungry during the shutdown from Covid-19 to hospice and elderly community residents.

Karen has been a REALTOR since 2014, Licensed in Arizona, California, and Nevada, and in 2021 became Broker/Owner of Summitt’s River Realty. In 2019 she became President of the Bullhead City/Mohave Valley Association of REALTORS and 2019 and 2022 President of WARDEX, Regional MLS, she is Executive Director on the Bullhead Area Chamber of Commerce Board.
