Karen was a pleasure to work with! She kept us updated thru everything we needed to know in selling our house. A lot of it was done remotely, since we had already bought a place in Utah and had moved before our house sold in Washington. Karen is all of these plus many more all wrapped into one! She doesn't just perform for her own personal gain, but for her client's best interest. She has a very pleasant, personable attitude, no natter how difficult her client's can be. This is the 2nd time we have worked with Karen as she also searched out and found home for our sons in 2020. Karen Twyford was a rock star in helping me with a time sensitive sale/purchase of a rental property. At a time when real estate was selling in a bidding war setting, she found the perfect property already under construction that would meet the timeline constrictions I needed to complete the transaction. She kept on top of progress and gave me updated reports and assisted with interior finish details as well as negotiating upgrades that saved money.
