Karen Volino

Karen is a lifelong resident of Dutchess County, having grown up in the Village of Rhinebeck. Real Estate has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember. Her grandfather was a real estate broker in Rhinebeck, her grandmother was part of the development team for a luxury apartment complex in the Bahamas and her mother-in-law was a phenomenally successful real estate broker in the area for over 30 years. Karen first worked in residential mortgage origination, then moved on to administrative management, commercial real estate management, and in-house marketing and sales for her family-held construction and development company. Karen continued interest in all matters of real estate has always been firsthand and learning-based.
