I lost my Father April 2021 and was left with the task of Executor of his Estate. I may have waited longer, but wanted to sell his house in Orlando while the market was hot. Through a neighbor of my dads I was referred to Wilkins and Billy Wygle. It was such a seamless process from the time we met to the very end. He came to me which was great as I was at the house packing up. He immediately made me feel very secure in a situation that was close to my heart and very difficult. The compassion is definitely there. My situation was one they see often and know how to handle, with Estates and splitting up the proceeds from the sale amongst myself and siblings. As soon as I told Billy that I live out of state, the one thing he said that made me know that this was the team I wanted, was “hey if you were to drive by my office and toss me the keys….I’ll take care of everything”. That did it for me. He handled all of the items I wanted to donate. They even have mobile notaries and we did a lot of signing via email. Come to think of it, I never stepped foot in his office. His word was solid and I know for sure that he felt every single challenge along the way the same way that I did. He was always available and if either of us couldn’t talk then we would email or text. The communication was fantastic and I was always informed of everything including when he was doing open house. My house had an offer (over asking price) in just under 2 weeks!! So overall it was a great experience. The entire process never inconvenienced me. I only wish I had the same team where I live in NW GA. But Billy let me know that they have people here too!!

Sean & Karen listed our house in Woodland Terrace. We had an open house Friday - Sunday and received 9 offers. The lowest offer was a full offer. They made the selling process very easy in a fairly stressful time. They made suggestion to make our home look its best, though they did not help us pack. I learned about Karen Wilkins through one of my neighbors and decided to give her a call. I had nothing to lose, I had already interviewed 5 other realtors.

Meeting Karen Wilkins and Billy Wygle was a game changer. The moment I met them, I could tell they were a seasoned team who worked well together. I knew instantly this would be a good match. They have the right mix of confidence and assertiveness that assures you, you are in good hands. But this is where the relationship begins.

I had renters in my house and needed a serious cleaning, flower beds and landscape refreshed, windows and pool deck power washed and a ton of junk removal. This is where I got introduced to Christine. She will handle things and will make things happen to ensure the house is ready for pictures.

Ashley in the office is another asset and a great communicator, their Closing office Red Door and Jeremy worked just as flawlessly and very accommodating to helping us out.

During this process our Realtor Billy went on a pre-planned vacation. He immediately set up a group chat so that the full team would be in the loop as events progressed. No one misses a beet in this office. I am very detailed oriented and The Wilkins Way, Karen, Billy, Ashley, Jeremy, Christine are by far the most cohesive and coordinated group of folks I have ever worked with. Impressive!

There's a reason you see lots of Wilkins Way Home Team for Sale signs in Waterford Lakes/East Orlando. Karen's expertise helped us sell our home well over asking with 5 offers after 2 days of having an open house. Preparation for selling, staging for the home photos and open house we couldn't of done without Karen. You can rest easy knowing Karen knows the right people to call to get your home ready for sale. When it came time to write our contract Karen knew with kids mid school year we needed extra time to close. She added a clause to allow us for an additional 30 days to close to the routine 30. At negotations with 5 offers all over asking she made sure the buyers understood going forward that our roofs age would not be an issue with the inspection and closing. Karen then asked the final offers be a certain amount well over our asking. Needless to say with the home sale being well over asking price we could not of had the sale of a limetime without Karen and her Wilkins Way Home Team!

Hunter Wilkins served as my realtor to acquire my next investment property. The property was a run down house and I needed to use the inspection period to wrap my head around the repairs needed. Hunter went above and beyond to help me with the process as I did it completely remotely. He made time to get out to the property numerous times to help with inspections and getting contractors access to give quotes. The cherry on top was when we came up short attempting to schedule a plumber for a sewer scope, Hunter offered to do it himself! The next thing I knew I was getting a call from him that the sewer looked good...best we don't discuss how the sewer looked on him! Truly remarkable client first service. Wouldn't have felt comfortable executing this transaction with anyone else.

As a first time home buyer, I was completely new to the process of purchasing a home. The Wilkins Way met me at every step of the process with patience and professionalism. My agent Kevin Kelly was with me at every showing and even went out of his way to FaceTime me at the properties I wasn’t able to visit due to work constraints. The home I fell in love with didn’t appraise at first and so Kevin even rented a pressure washer with his own money and pressure washed the entire front of the home so that it would appraise. I’m no expert but even I know this is not something that would fall under a real estate agent’s job description. We had minor items to repair prior to closing, and they scheduled reliable cost effective contractors to make the repairs. My realtor was Mary and she was AMAZING!! I felt and knew that she was there for me through the entire process. Late night text messages were answered quickly, if she didnt know the answer or was unsure of something she found out. VERY resourceful and knowledgeable. She loves her job and it shows!! After years of a house full of family - my husband & I found ourselves ready for ‘just the 2 of us’. We contacted Billy @ the Wilkins Way, and he gave us advice on how to make this transition. We prepped our home for sale according to his suggestions. He told us that downsizing all of what we weren’t taking in to our new life would help with the sale of the house - which it did - but afterwards I realized it made the whole move much easier as well! He brought in a photographer, and we fell in love with the house again through their eyes! It was listed and less than 1/2 hour later the first viewing requests came in! We had our 1st offer that same day! We accepted an offer a couple of days later and began our new life at the beginning of Sept. The Wilkins Way team was supportive and responsive the whole time. Everyone was so nice. Sean helped us find our new place, and Billy handled all that needed done for the sale. They were all very professional and all of us were shocked at how quickly our 10 acre with 3 bedroom 2 bath home sold!
