If you ever need a realtor, you need to go to Karena. We have now bought 2 properties with her as our realtor. Her and her team are absolutely amazing! From the time we put in an offer to the time that we closed on the property was 1 month. She is fast, reliable, and answers any and all questions or concerns you have. She is your biggest advocate in all negotiations making sure it is in your best interest. We are actually walking in with equity because of her awesome negotiating. Don't hesitate to contact her!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Karena on the sale of two properties, and both times she exceeded my expectations. For the first property, I initially hired another agent who couldn’t get it under contract. Immediately after bringing Karena on board, what seemed impossible was made possible—she was able to secure a contract quickly.

For the second property, I was located about three hours away and couldn’t be present. Yet, I had complete peace of mind knowing that Karena and her team stepped in whenever needed. This truly has been an experience like no other. And having Karena and her team by my side every step of the way through every road block I encountered meant the world to me. Their unwavering support and relentless dedication to helping me close on my first home ensured that even the most daunting challenges were met with confidence and grace. From the beginning, the mortgage loan I came in with wasn’t your normal mortgage approval process and let's just say, each obstacle became a learning opportunity, and every setback turned into a stepping stone towards success. Karena’s expertise, combined with her team's collaborative spirit, fostered an environment where innovation flourished.

I remember one particularly setback that threatened to derail our entire closing and I didn’t know what we were going to do. I must say this if you are looking for a professional team to help you look for your home use Karena and Sade !
I have been looking for a home previously and I had trouble. With Sade and Karena I found a home and closed within 5 weeks! I bought a nice dream home in Davie thanks to these 2 women. Sade held my hand and answered all my questions through the whole home buying process. Nothing was left behind. Sade has demonstrated effective communication and reliability as realtor. Their title team, notary team and insurance team is very professional and detail oriented. Even on the deal of my closing my realtor Sade fought so that I can receive equity and lenders credit which is hard to in this market and she made it happen. These women ran the numbers and honestly gave their expertise in each area. Both ladies checked in continuously to ensure the process was smooth. Sade and Karena provided resources to help each area of my home buying process smooth. I would recommend them to anyone in need. Let the elite realtors do the job for you, they are real top notch professionals!

First and foremost, Karena and her partners are the upmost professionals I have ever worked with. Coming into this as a first time home seller I was a bit nervous with the entire process, until I met Karina. She put my nerves at ease. She knows her stuff when it comes to selling homes!
