Kari Blevins worked with me for 2 years. It was a rocky start and I had to take a short break but she helped me get a house that was FHA approved. She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to inspects, what to look for and honestly that’s one of the most import parts to finding a home other than location. I definitely recommend Kari w/ Coldwell she’s a trooper for house hunting 😊

Kari was so helpful when my husband and I were looking for a house. In this tough market, where everything we wanted was going as fast as it was listing, she always made herself available for us to look at the homes we were interested in. When we found a house we wanted to make an offer on, she offered her experienced and professional guidance though the whole process and didn't waste any time getting all the paperwork together in a expedient manner. We would recommend her to anyone who's looking for a realtor.

Kari was the best realtor for me! She was very patient and helpful guiding me through the home buying process. She had to do some negotiating to get me the home I wanted. She did a fantastic job at negotiating the price and needed repairs from the inspection. I will definitely recommend and use Kari again!

Kari was the sixth person we had tried to find a home with. Others including an owner of another company gave up after showing me 3-4 homes.
