Kari is simply impressive to the fullest extent. She wants to make sure that you are in a true HOME. She works hard to make sure that you get what you want and what you expect. When you think of a realitor you don't usually think that this person will be a friend for life afterwards. Kari is all that and more. She does everything that she can to make sure you do what is needed to get you in the home you want. It doesn't matter the time of day or how many times you want to look at a certain house or whatever. She is truely there for you! I recommend Kari to everybody and if I ever need a new home or if I need to sell my home, Kari is the first one that I will call. Thank you Kari for all of your hard work!! Without you, moving would not be as easy as it has been!!

Kari is absolutely wonderful, by far the best. She maintained email contact with us before we moved to Oklahoma, sending great listings on a regular basis . Kari would show us houses on our trips to OK and she was very knowledgeable about each of the areas we looked at. We ended up purchasing one of the original listings she sent us, she made miracles happen and all of our inspections were done in 24 hours. Kari is patient, understanding willing to go the extra mile, and and absolute joy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a place in OKC and surrounding areas.

My friends recently bought a house and they told me how awesome Kari was and she definitely lived up to that. Since I was a first time home buyer I didn’t really know how the process worked or where to start. After the first day of talking to her she gave me a list of lenders to talk with and sent me a handful of listings to narrow down what I was looking for in a home. She always scheduled the walk through appointments that worked with my work schedule. While we were looking at the potential houses she would point out issues, whether it was chipped paint, pet stains, or possible future issues with the home. I finally found the house I wanted and we had to deal with the world’s worst seller. Kari stepped up and practically did the other realtor’s job, got everything lined out for the roof replacement so I could meet the lenders requirements and close before the end of the month because my lease on the rental house was almost up. I know I left out a bunch but Kari Carnes is definitely one of the best people or realtors you will ever come across. If I ever decide to move, I will definitely have her as my realtor again! – Jesse Barrow
