Kari Crimmins

Kari Crimmins never really knew for sure what she wanted to be when she grew up until Kari discovered real estate. Kari chose to earn a degree in marketing because she was intrigued by the science behind what drives people's buying decisions, but even after she obtained her real estate license in an attempt to advance her banking career, She assumed she would continue in the banking/mortgage industry indefinitely.

When Kari lost her job as a banker and was forced to jump feet first into real estate sales, she finally discovered her passion. It was also then that she invested in her first "flip" project; she fell in love and haven't looked back! It is true what they say, " When one door closes another one opens," and Kari couldn't be more grateful! As a Lakes Area native, Kari is intimately familiar with all of the lakes, neighborhoods, and attractions that make their area a destination.

Kari loves that she lives where other people come to vacation - for that she feels absolutely blessed! Their home is truly a playground for the activities that she loves. Water skiing, snorkeling, canoeing, mountain biking, hiking, are just a few things Kari enjoys. As a business owner and mother of two beautiful daughters, Kari has very little free time. Fortunately, she has chosen a career that she loves, and Kari rarely feels like she is working.
