About Kari

Kari began her career as a Real Estate Advisor in 2022, although her involvement in real estate started early on. Kari grew up in a construction family, and during her earliest years she was on the job site with her father. She is now actively involved in her husband’s construction company, and in 2013, her first investments began when she and her husband turned their remodeling company into flipping homes in Oregon. After their success with this, in 2015 they turned their eyes to Bozeman, Montana with a focus on new construction. Since then, they have been involved in land acquisition and development, multi-family, single family and custom home building. With Kari’s experience, she is no stranger to all the nuances of real estate. Along with the move to Montana, Kari also launched her career as a Mortgage Loan Officer. As a former top producing Mortgage Lender, Kari was recognized for her accomplishments with the following awards: 2021 voted Gallatin’s Greatest Mortgage Lender, 2021 2nd Top Producer at Opportunity Bank, 2021 2nd Highest Purchase Percentage Volume at Opportunity Bank, 2019 First Security Bank’s Top Producer, 2019 Neighborworks Montana’s Top Producer for utilizing the Neighborhood Lift Program, and 2018 Big Sky Western Bank’s Top Producer.
