Kari is absolutely wonderful to work with. She made buying a house from out of state such a breeze! She knew the areas & neighborhoods very well. She was informative, efficient, and referred me to many local contacts that I could use to make my new home absolutely perfect! Also, I was new to the home buying experience and had a ton of questions. Kari never made me feel uncomfortable for asking and helped me every step of the way!

I have worked with Kari twice and she will always be my first call in the future when I buy or sell a home. She was with me in 2012 when I bought a home and again in 2018 when I sold that same home. It was on the market for 12 days I think. She worked hard getting it sold and was there throughout the whole process.

I can honestly say I was a difficult client due to a VERY short timeline, taste more expensive than my budget, high expectations, and demanding a pool; all in such a volatile AZ housing market. Kari was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process of finding an apartment for my daughter and I. I just sent her a message letting her know what we were looking for, and where. My next days off, she had a list of about a dozen different places for her to show us. She was so good at answering any questions that we had, and lots of questions we didn't know we had. Kari was patient, and really listened to our needs. We ended up finding a place that we absolutely love. When it comes time for my next move, I'll definitely be calling Kari again.

The sell of the townhouse where my Dad lived was the second wonderful experience we have had with Kari. The first was purchasing the townhouse which is located in a Co-op Community. There are different requirements than a typical real estate transaction. Kari guided us through each process. I couldn't have done that without her. Kari is exceptional, personable and quickly responds to any questions or concerns. If I should need a Realtor again, there is no other agent I would consider except, Kari.

Kari is an amazing realtor. We contacted her years ago about helping us with the purchase of a vacation home. Within a couple of days we had found our match. It was one of the easiest transactions we had ever encountered. When we were ready to upgrade, of course we contacted Kari again. Within one week, she had a buyer for our home. Kari is an asset to Curtis Johnson Realty Group in that she goes the extra mile to make her clients top priority. I spent months looking at houses in Phoenix trying to find the right place to relocate to. She always showed up prepared, professional and with a smile on her face even though it was the height of the summer. I felt bad for looking at so many properties and having so many questions from the sellers listing their houses that she fielded and got answers for my quickly with the accurate information! I would highly recommend Kari Gutierrez in representing you as a seller or as a buyer or both if you are looking to buy a house contingent on the sale of your current house. If the house I sold in California was in Arizona, I would have used her for both transactions!
