Karim Bader

He started in the curative department of a title company during the foreclosure crisis that occurred from 2008-2011. During his lunch breaks, he would read books by Robert Kiyosaki, including "Rich Dad, Poor Dad". Two weeks later, he resigned from his job and acquired his first two properties within two months of leaving. Shortly after, in August 2011, he completed the training to become a realtor and has been involved in buying and selling homes ever since. Karim comprehends the importance of family and has partnered with his father, Andy, to work together. They both devote their time to listening, understanding, and identifying their clients' needs by tirelessly matching them to properties and neighborhoods that are most suitable for them.
