Working with Karin Hartman has been great pleasure! Now I have been both on the buying and the selling side with her and it couldn't have gone any better! Karin was always available by phone, text and email to answer questions and always kept me up to date in order to make the process extremely smooth and answer any questions or concerns! I would especially like to mention Karin's responsiveness. We've had late night questions, and last hour offers to deal with, and Karin has been super fast and very responsive under time pressure. We had a lot of questions, and Karin was able to answer most of them immediately, if not, she found out the answer and got back to us (usually in less than an hour) with clarifications. Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Coconut Creek, FL. Cuando decidimos comprar una casa en el area de Miami, estábamos completamente desorientados ya que somos extranjeros. Las dudas lógicas, el sur (Coral Gables), la costa o el Norte(Weston) había tantas opciones y todas las dudas se aclararon cuando la conocimos a Karin. Ella es muy paciente y maneja los tiempos de forma perfecta. Sabe cuando escuchar y cuando hablar, esta actualizada y es altamente resolutiva. Se ve claramente que ama su profession y es una experta en su zona. Estuvo comprometida tanto con su trabajo como con nosotros, generando mucha confianza y su actitud siempre es positiva, antes de la compra, durante la compra y posteriormente a la compra. Como siempre trabaje en el area de ventas, soy muy exigente a la hora de comprar, pero todo se desarrollo de una manera sensata lo que genero una gran confianza a tal punto que se encargo de la inspección para la compra de la casa y también del control de todas la reparaciones que surgieron de esa inspección por encontrarnos de viaje.
