Karin has been buying real estate investments since 1995 and has worked as a real estate broker in the Vail Valley since 2001. In 2006, Properties of Vail - a vacation rental company - was founded, and she subsequently managed about a dozen properties in and around Vail. She particularly enjoys helping first-time home buyers, as well as working with clients searching for income-producing investment properties. Many of her clients have found their ideal home in Vail, enjoyed rental income from their new home, and then gone on to remodel that home - thereby maximizing the full potential of their real estate investment. Overseeing remodel jobs and specifically interior design projects is her passion.
