About Karin

Karin Xander, was born and raised in Lima, Peru. She is a Dentist graduating in 1996, and had her own Business Practice. Moved to USA in 2006 to marry her loving husband and have 3 beautiful kids. While here in USA, I pursued to get a License as a Dentist. Went to OSU while pregnant with her first child finishing the first year of school, then decided to get a License as an EFDA (Placed fillings in mouth) instead.
In July 2023, Karin Xander decided to work as a Real Estate agent and join Coldwell Banker Realty. While working full time in the Dental field and part time as a real state she has earned 1 Million President's Excellence Award in 3 months.
Karin Xander goal is to help customers with purchasing or selling of a home. Since First home buyers to Investment properties. Real Estate is fascinating, and love to connect with people. I have friends that are investors and met others around the country.
