I can’t recommend Karina enough! Me and my fiancée being first time home buyers were very anxious about the whole process of buying a home. Magic. Karina has been a miracle. She was referred to us by a mutual friend, she is an absolute amazing realtor. We were EXTREMELY lucky in this hot market, we had an FHA loan and didn't have many options. Still, she believed we would find something. Karina is honest, and really looks out for the buyer. The first house we went to see, we put an offer on. She worked her magic and our offer was accepted. The seller had a good heart, that was the lucky part. I have known Karina for about 40 years. She has assisted with the purchase and sale of several homes for me and my family. Some people have the philosophy of "Don't sweat the details." Karina Ball is just the opposite. She does sweat the details with grace, dignity and promptness.
