Highly Recommend!!! Karina helped my husband and I through the process of purchasing our first home. Buying our first house was confusing and intimidating for us, as we didn’t know where to start or how the process would go. We had bought our home toward the end of 2021 (winter market) and it was in a competitive market. Karina helped us look at many homes, put offers and encouraged us when they weren't accepted. We kept looking (with plenty of peep talks from Karina) and within a month of seriously looking, Karina was able to get our offer accepted on a home we were very excited about. I can be a nervous nelly and had asked plenty of questions (along with my husband) and Karina took the time to explain and get us answers from the listing agent if needed. Once we had the offer accepted, we were able to close in 3 weeks (way to go to my lender, Union Home Mortgage) and it was very exciting. Karina Lopez did a wonderful job leading us through the home buyer journey, encouraging us and being firm when needed to explain how to best have an offer accepted. If you're looking for a realtor, look no further because you found her.
