Karina Parenteau

Karina started in sales at the age of 16 at a magazine company and never looked back. When the time came to choose a career as a young mom, she found her way to the auto industry. 20 years into a lucrative career as a finance director she found herself yearning for change.

She and her husband moved from Boulder County to Palisade in January of 2018. Her husband having over 20 years of construction under his belt became a GC and she a Real Estate Agent. They purchase and rehab older homes all over Mesa County. Big Dog Builders (inspired by their Great Danes) is their construction company.

Karina loves anything Real Estate. Her sales experience mixed with her knowledge of homes inside and out will give clients a different perspective to purchasing a home. She has over 20 years’ experience in negotiation, closing and preparing documents. She will walk you through this process step by step.

When Karina is not looking at Real Estate, she enjoys being outdoors. Anything from rafting the Colorado River to hiking all over Colorado. They also have a small peach orchard, alpacas, and chickens. Their home is their oasis and Palisade is her dream come true.
