We were fortunate to have Karishma and Dilip as our agent who were meticulous in keeping us informed from the first meeting and explained the whole process in detail, which helped us in being prepared and ready for the crazy market out there. They provided true opinions about the listings and many a times have steered us away from making a bad choice. Finally they worked out their magic and got us a listing in our dream community and smoothly closed out the transaction. Karishma is so good! She helped us find a home we really loved. That was the easy part, though - the real estate market here is so hot right now that almost nothing stays on the market for more than a couple of days. Karishma was able to help us get our very first bid accepted. I'm writing this in my charming new home, looking out the window into some beautiful trees... and I wouldn't be if not for Karishma!

We were referred to Karishma by a friend who recently bought a home. Right from get go, we were very impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness and attention to detail that Karishma brings. We bought a lovely home in just 2-3 weeks and even though the home buying experience was short-lived, it was great. Dhilip and Karishma are an amazing team, and they don't treat you like a client, they treat you almost like friends/family. Being a first time buyer, we had a ton of questions, and both Dhilip and Karishma were extremely patient and very very helpful in educating us and giving us all the relevant information so that we can make the best decision. Even though we've closed on the home, now but they are still our go-to people for any home-related question, and they continue to help us every day! Karishma & Dhilip were great to work with. This was our first time buying a home and it was in a super competitive market/time in Seattle. Although house buying can be a stressful process - K & D put us at ease.

Karishma was patient with us as we learned the ropes and extremely detail-oriented, pragmatic and analytical when it came to the market and pricing estimates. She would never push us or suggest that we look into a house that we didn't absolutely love and made sense financially for us.

Her and Dhilip provided good insight and tips on each home that we looked at and pointed out details that we probably wouldn't have noticed on our own. We always knew they had our best interests in mind!

Because of all their hard work - in the end, we ended up finding the PERFECT home in Greenwood, Seattle that we absolutely love and adore. We absolutely loved working with Karishma and her husband Dhillip. We were referred by a work colleague and were told that Karishma was the best real estate agent in Seattle, with confidence, responsiveness and professionalism that was unparalleled. We had an amazing 90+ minute zoom interview (thanks COVID-19), and we felt ready to proceed with the home buying experience. Her partnership with a fantastic lender led to us finding a home, putting an offer down, having it accepted, and closing on the home, WITHIN 3 WEEKS. We are in paradise right now, and we are happy to say that we have a new friend and older-sister type figure in our lives for years to come. Karishma helped and guided us in finding and closing on our dream home. We interviewed multiple agents and found Karishma to be very objective and data-oriented from the get-go. Since we were novices in this domain, she walked us over every single step of the process in our first meeting and presented data regarding costs and market conditions. She even created a group with me, my spouse and herself to brainstorm over active listings, our likes/dislikes and potential issues with some homes we shared with her. This was a very informative and enlightening process for us since we understood the factors which help in home appreciation over long periods of time. She was always responsive to all our queries - we found that she was willing to go to that extra mile so that we don't miss out on great opportunities. The best thing about her is that she never pushed us for anything we were not ready for - whether in terms of finance or attributes of homes, but she also clearly laid out her opinion and trade offs we might end up making.
She took the lead in creating well-planned itineraries for home viewings (it was especially difficult considering COVID situation, but she ensured that we see all the homes meeting our criteria). She lined up a variety of homes in a variety of neighborhoods to help us gauge the differences when parameters like age, community, size and commutes are tweaked. This exercise helped us understand our own preferences better. She was able to win the first ever offer we made amongst 3 other more competitive offers. The seller-team was highly impressed with the organization and commitment she brought to the table. She not only guided us for home related decisions but also recommended the best people to work with - including lenders, cleaners and movers.
Overall, we are very pleased and satisfied with the passion, dedication and expertise Karishma showcased throughout the entire process and we will be personally recommending her to all our friends wanting to undertake this exciting journey.

Karishma and Dhilip are fantastic! When we first reached out to them, they took the time to sit down and explain the whole process; they explained what was expected of us, what they would be handling, how the whole process worked, etc. Once we started touring, they quickly picked up on what our tastes are and were able to tailor our tours to better match what we were looking for.

Karishma was able to get us in to tour a house less than an hour after it entered the market. My partner and I decided that this was the house we wanted, and Karishma was able to provide guidance around what the house would actually go for. She negotiated with the sellers and were able to get our offer accepted at 1% over asking, even convincing the seller to cancel a scheduled open house.

Her and Dhilip provided great guidance, had timely and open communication throughout the process, and they have a great handle on the market. Their expertise, experience, and skill were absolutely invaluable...we can't recommend them enough and will absolutely use them again.

Karishma was an amazingly great real estate partner in our recent sell and buy experience.

I will start with the sell, not only was she able to help get our beloved home on the market with quality offers just a few days. She was meticulous in making sure we were posed for a straightforward sell, relieving us of any unwanted stress. Her data driven approach to putting the home on the market made us feel comfortable we were doing the right thing. She educated us around the year-over-year trends which really helped us understand the science behind the reasoning – very important when making life changing decisions.

On to the purchase of the new home. Early on, Karishma was able to understand our aesthetic and taste so instead of filtering through 100’s of homes online, she sent us a succinct list of potential homes saving us hours of online browsing. She educated us on the pros and cons of the different homes being very transparent around why the investment is good–now and long term. She made sure when we put our offer in that we were putting a strong offer together that the builder couldn’t refuse given the area we purchased didn’t have much inventory. She was able to help us wiggle in a handful of upgrades at no additional cost—very surprising given buyer/builder negotiations on a brand new home. Fast forward---we are now 3 weeks into our new home and we LOVE it.

Overall she looked out for what was best for our family, making sure we were protected every step of the way, and ensured our new dream home become an everyday reality. Thank you for all the hard work, Karishma!

If you ever want a real estate agent with a fantastic network of additional resources and incredible professionalism - Don't hesitate Karishma is your go to person. Karishma was the most thoughtful, hardworking, professional, organized, knowledgeable, and fierce realtor you want on your side through a very important decision like this. Karishma helped us buy our dream house after terrible experiences with different realtors. She came in and got us our dream home at $7,500 discount on asking price and $21K lower than the market rate. The house is impeccable and not a fixer upper. It is move in ready and it is a fantastic investment. Karishma comes from over a decade in product management and selling her own business successfully to a multibillion dollar media mogul. I am sometimes surprised how good and thoughtful she is. We loved every single part of this process. Karishma was genuine and knowledgeable. Her "how" and "what" are the best and top notch. I only recommend her.
