Karl and Jayme worked extensively with us in the sale of our home in Greenbrier, Sterling. They put us in touch with their contractor (Alex) in order to complete some "finishing touches" on the house which we wanted to get done before listing, and Karl and Jayme managed the process while we were out of town at the new house. Everything came out splendidly! We had 5 offers on our home in less than 4 days, all over asking price, and Karl and Jayme were in close contact throughout the closing process. After closing, Karl even went above and beyond to obtain for us the completed ALTA which had never been sent by the buyer's title group. Along the entire journey and after, Karl and Jayme were top notch, and I highly recommend their services to anyone!
