Karl Bundesen

Karl is a lifelong Petaluma resident who has been a licensed California real estate professional for over 40 years. He led his family's real estate brokerage—serving the community for six decades—before merging with Century 21 Epic in 2022. In recent years, Karl has focused primarily on listing and selling ranch and rural land, building a proven track record and establishing himself as a market leader throughout Sonoma and Marin Counties. Karl has successfully represented buyers and sellers in transactions totaling more than 10,000 acres across Sonoma and Marin counties.

Karl holds several respected professional designations, including GRI, CRS , and CRB. His peers have also recognized him with numerous honors: Petaluma's Realtor of the Year (1994), the Edgar K. Hansen Award (1996), and the Spirit of Sonoma County Award (2014).

Trained in mediation by the National Association of Realtors, Karl currently serves on both the North Bay Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committees. He was elected as one of Northern California's representatives to the National Brokers Communication Congress and was later appointed by Century 21 to serve an additional two-year term. Karl previously served on the Board of Directors of the North Bay Association of Realtors and the Bay Area Real Estate Information Service.
