He cares that his clients end up in their dream home, asks excellent questions to gain understanding and tells you the information you need in order to make the best decision. Karl Konradson deserves more than 5/5 stars! He was my realtor when I was a first time home buyer, and now he helped me sell my first home. I didnt know the selling process would be more stressful than the buying. Karl kept me updated on everything throughout the process- ALWAYS with a smile on his face. He goes above and beyond for his clients. No other realtor can compare to him. He is diligent, reliable, trustworthy, and above all- honest, which I really respected. I have worked in the mortgage industry for some time now, which has given me the opportunity to connect with a lot of realtors. I haven't met with a realtor that is like Karl. He's sharp, diligent and just knows how to get things done. We were one of six offers on our home!

But the quality that really separates Karl is his trustworthiness. When we were nearing the end of closing the deal, some external factors got a little stressful and I'm sure as much pressure as we felt, Karl felt more. He just told us with a smile that we didn't have to worry and that he would make it work. It seems like a little moment, but that is exactly what you need when you are making one of your biggest purchases ever! You need someone who you will know is in your corner always, and that is exactly who Karl was for us.

We kinda miss the home hunt because of how enjoyable Karl made it (I know we are crazy!). If we buy another house in Virginia, he will be our first and only call!

I’ve never sold a house before.
And my stress was increased because I had to move out of town with very little notice.
Enter Karl. I can’t imagine a better experience. He went way above and beyond, kept me informed every step of the way. He was a realtor, therapist, project manager all rolled into one.
In the end the house sold for way over asking and I had a really really good experience

The market is highly competitive. If you want to land your dream home you need an agent with experience that knows how to communicate effectively, work aggressively for their clients, while providing the best customer service to every person involved in the transaction. Karl is that agent.

He got us the home we envisioned. We started with Karl on our home search and he saw us through till the end.
Even after looking at many properties over many months, Karl was always responsive and ready with a smile at the next one. Our requirement was little hard to get in the budget we had esp in the seller's market of 2021, but he accommodated and helped us in all ways possible.

As a first time homebuyer, the process of purchasing a home was completely new to me and a little bit daunting. Karl made the process a lot easier and less stressful by covering all the ins and outs through each step of the process.
