About Karl
Karl Rogers was born in Rochester and has spent increments of time living in Boston, Chicago, Waterloo, Belgium, St Cloud, and eventually returning to Rochester after college. Karl and his wife Kristin have three beautiful daughters, with a recent addition, Tova, a miniature Berne doodle.
Living in Europe for his middle school years was one of the most valuable experiences of his life. One of his favorite experiences was while on a trip for a baseball tournament; getting to ride an Arabian horse, in a full gallop, around the pyramids in Egypt. His motto growing up playing baseball was "swing hard in case you hit it" and he thinks is a good representation of how he likes to live and pursue his ambitions.
Before working in real estate, he had six years of experience with a consulting firm that helped him learn about and think in terms of systems and processes. Over the past eight years, he has helped over three hundred clients buy, sell, or build a home and helped train agents on and develop systems and processes with two of the top-producing Real Estate teams in Rochester. His personality type is results-driven. He prioritizes goal setting, and hard work to achieve, or exceed those goals.
