Karla Casey

Originally from California, Karla visited the islands of Hawaii for many years before making Maui her permanent home in the mid 1990’s. After relocating, she quickly grasped an understanding of the real estate industry and obtained her real estate license. Her professionalism is enhanced having served as a legal assistant and paralegal working with real estate contracts and assisting top Orange County attorneys in high profile cases. She has also served as the president of her homeowner’s association.

During her initial year in the real estate business, Karla earned the Rookie of the Year Award while working with Coldwell Bank Island Properties on Maui. She then quickly moved up to be one of the Top Producing Agents in her office specializing in the area of South Kihei and the resort area of Wailea.

After many years of living on Maui, Karla and her children relocated to the island of Oahu. There she was Owner and Principal Broker of Casey & Associates in Hawaii Kai. Her company was acquired by LIST Sotheby’s International Realty and Karla was appointed as Broker-in-Charge of the Ala Moana office and Vice President of the corporation. There she successfully set up and grew the property management division, trained and mentored sales agents while still representing her own clients in the purchase and sale of their homes. In June 2019, Karla rejoined the Coldwell Banker family as a Global Luxury Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty on the island of Oahu continuing her career in real estate sales.

Karla’s vast knowledge of the real estate market, her ability to guide and take care of her clients through transactions which could be the largest investments they will make and her motivation to go above and beyond to serve her clients, is why Karla has been nominated year after year for the People’s Choice Aloha Aina Award. Karla lives a very active lifestyle and especially enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
