About Karla

Hi, I'm Karla, and I've been living and working as a Realtor® in The Villages for over 10 years. As a Realtor® with over 200 homes sold in The Villages over the last 10 years, I am equipped to help you with your Real Estate needs. And having lived in The Villages for over 10 years also gives me first-hand knowledge and understanding of the community and how things work here. I also know the joy of rumbling down the many, gorgeous golf cart paths, whether on a mission or just for fun. :-)

Before moving here to The Villages, I had been here many times visiting my mom and stepdad who have lived here for 20 years! It's hard to imagine that it's been that many years already. Both of my kids also live in Florida, along with my daughter-in-law, and three grandkids. So you can see, Florida is the place for me! ;-)

Right before moving here, I lived and worked in Germany for three years. And before Germany, I worked in marketing and graphic design in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Elkhart Indiana. Of all the places I've lived, and all the jobs that I've had, this is the best job of them all! I've met so many wonderful people over the years working as a Realtor here. I hope that we meet someday soon, and it would make me very happy to help you sell your home, if that's what you need at this time, or help you find the right home - here in The Villages, Florida. :-) One thing I am more convinced of than ever, is that there is no place like The Villages!
