Karlesa Lobaugh

I was born and raised in Juneau, Alaska, and moved to the Mat-Su Valley in 2006. When I was five years old, my mother, Janice Lobaugh, got her real estate license. I grew up as my mother's shadow, often playing real estate (writing mock contracts, earnest money checks, and pretending to show houses).

After 20 years of watching my mom build a name for herself, open her own company, and run a five-star rated brokerage, I decided to obtain my real estate license and work alongside her. Aside from being raised in the industry and now working in it full time, I also graduated from the University of Alaska Southeast with an Associates Degree in Business, and am now working toward my Bachelors.

My ultimate goal is to make your home buying experience fun and rewarding, while providing exceptional results to all of my clients. Whether it's meeting you at an open house or making the Starbucks run before a day of showing appointments, I will always do what it takes to help you get to the closing table!
