In the Knoxville real estate market, Karli Pritchard is known by her colleagues and clients for her passion, dedication, and professionalism. In just a few years of experience, she has sold over 60 million dollars worth of real estate, established her brand, and works closely with the local Knoxville community.

An expert in luxury properties, Karli is devoted to serving the needs of real estate buyers and sellers throughout the greater East Tennessee area. She was awarded the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Knoxville Network Rising Star Award for 2022 and received a top producer award for the Realty Executives Knoxville Brokerage in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Karli also holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS)® for selling a great amount of luxury homes in the Knoxville area. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and real estate partner, Carter, boating on the beautiful lakes of East Tennessee, visiting her alma mater The University of Tennessee, and is an avid traveler.
