Karmin is the best! She was extremely understanding and took time to help us with finding a home while we were still stationed overseas. She was very helpful and patient with any hiccup that came during the process and went out of her way to stick to her word and ensure the deal was sealed. 10 out of 10, would recommend to anyone and will use her services again in the future.

If you are an active duty service member or a veteran looking to buy or sell a home in the Seattle and surrounding areas, look no further than PCS Everett. Aside from being prior military, Karmin and Diana are also spouses to active duty service members. They completely understand, through experience, what it's like to transfer from duty station to duty station with a family. As a bonus, they are intimately familiar with the nuances of the VA home loan buying process. I highly recommend them to anyone who is PCS'ing to this area.

We worked with PCS Everett and Karmin Pincus to purchase our first home in 2018. We purchased in WA state while we lived in Hawaii. We met Karmin on a house hunting trip. She is extremely knowledgeable about the VA appraisal process and quickly noted issues she felt like a VA appraiser might call out. Ultimately she noted an issue on the house we purchased and it was the only thing the Appraiser called out as a concern. She was open and honest with us and was available to us whenever we had a question either by phone, text, or email. When we had issues with the sellers she was able to help us navigate the concerns and keep the process on track. Karmin is excellent as a Realtor and advocate for Military Families in the Home Buying process.
We have continued to refer incoming PCS families to PCS Everett and plan to work with PCS Everett in the future.
We were also fortunate to work with Diana Black during our initial home search process. You will not be steered wrong by working with either of these two professionals and their team.

We bought our home in Lake Stevens with Karmin in 2018. She was very helpful while we were house hunting long distance, making very detailed walk throughs and sharing lots of photos. Karmin was very honest and upfront with issues she saw in some homes. She was with us through the whole process and even checks in now and then almost two years later. As a military family, it is nice to have someone who has BTDT on your side!

The entire team at PCS Everett is amazing! Karmin helped us with our home buying process and Diana was also very helpful by showing us a home when Karmin wasn't available. I love their team work and their drive to help out the military community here in Everett and the surrounding towns.

They're both very knowledgeable about the area and housing market and they also have a great understanding of the military lifestyle; which is what makes them unique and preferred by other military families. I cannot thank PCS Everett enough for their hard work and dedication to help our family find our home.

So that being said, I highly recommend PCS Everett to anyone looking to buy a home in this area!
