First and foremost Karo Karapetyan is a proud US Veteran.

After serving four honorable years in the US Navy, Karo received his Bachelor of Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with Magna Cum Loude Honors. Since then, his thirst for knowledge and experience has driven him in many different fields. From owning and operating franchise restaurants and gas stations to being financial advisor for Ameriprise Financial Karo has experience in different aspects of professional life. Since the year 2006 Karo found his true passion in Real Estate. Receiving his license Karo put his mind to learning as much as possible about real estate. It is that passion that has driven him to get his Broker's License and opened up his own brokerage company. Karo has also received certifications in Broker Price Opinion (BPO); Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative (HAFA), California Notary Public License and Notary Signing Agent Certificate (NSA), Top Producer Certificate and many others.

Karo's passion for Real Estate has driven him into Law School to become a Real Estate Attorney. Karo believes that the fundamentals of real estate are based on Law and to understand it better he chose to go to law school part-time while working as a real estate broker. He was the valedictorian of his graduation class with Suma Cum Laude Honors.
