Karolina has provided nothing but impeccable service through out our 1st Missouri property buying experience. She has been consistently kind, attentive, positive, and committed to achieving our goals. We have been calling or emailing her multiple times a day for a few weeks and she has never given us bad energy, impatience, or frustration! Other qualities I appreciate in Karolina is that she is intuitive and is always sure to actively listen to what is important to us during any given inquiry or property viewing. She didn't hesitate to drive from property to property - some being several hours apart - to assist us in getting answers. It was awesome how she has made calls or researched for us at times when we gave her little to short notice. She is quick and timely.
Another thing that we were impressed with was how she pivoted property types with us. We had several different potential strategies towards investment homestead properties, and she helped us navigate different ideas. She helped us find raw, unrestricted land; and, she also helped us find land with single family homes and also properties that were already generating income. We are soon to close on some land because of her efforts and we are so very grateful for this wonderful lady! We plan on making another property purchase in the future, and Karolina will be our go-to gal. Bless you, lovely; thank you for all of your efforts.
