I originally found Karolyn about 14 years ago when wanting to move from Las Vegas to Oregon. I flew in for one weekend to search for homes and she spent hours and hours (basically the whole weekend) with my husband and I showing us house after house until we found the perfect one.
Then five years later I decided to buy the property behind my current home which backs to a green space, she took the time to go down to the city several times to look up the salmon laws and building requirements to get me a killer deal on that lot!! I still can’t thank her enough!!
My most recent transaction with Karolyn was a quick phone call asking her to help me buy my friends house and of course she was there immediately and like always she went above and beyond while representing both my very good friend and I.
I feel so comfortable with her and trust her with all of my real estate transactions. I don’t know how I got so lucky to find her but I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. If I could give more than five stars I would.

I had the most incredible experience recently with Karolyn Wold, principal broker for MORE Reality. Karolyn has an advanced level of real estate experience and knew exactly what to do every step of the way with my most recent purchase. In an absolutely impossible market this year in April 2021, she helped my husband and I land a gorgeous home in one of the most safe and sought after neighborhoods in Beaverton. She did this with absolutely impeccable communication and insight into the housing market and it’s patterns. She communicated with the buyers in such a precise and collaborative way, guiding us to make an offer that was both strong and that we were comfortable with. She put us first at every juncture, making sure that any hesitancy was met with clarity and certainty so that we could make the next right move for our family. The delicacy with which she handles all of the intricacies and nuances of how to purchase a home are simply unmatched. I give her the highest recommendation for being an extremely skilled broker and business woman and will refer her to every friend and family member.

Karolyn had helped us in our first home purchase in 2015 and then most recently we closed on our second home last month with her help. We were not optimistic about getting the right house given how tight the housing market is. She kept a sharp eye on all incoming openings and suffices to say, if it were not for her , we would not be getting the house at the price we settled. But what is striking about her is how pragmatic she is about advising us on where to focus our money/energy when it comes to asking the builder on tweaks/modifications; and at the same time how diligently she would push back on behalf us for issues that matter. She escalated some of our concerns to the city just to make sure the builder is not compromising on the long term safety and quality of the house. If you need a house and you want diligent, practical service and most crucially an honest friend to fight for you, she is your person. We would not imagine going to anyone lese if we ever buy or sell a house.

We were referred to Karolyn by a friend who had an amazing experience, here is ours: as soon as we made an appointment to talk to Karolyn about our hopes and dreams as newly weds and first time home buyers, the ball started rolling and gaining speed. She got us set up with a great lender immediately so that we could find the option that worked for us. Here is where our experience deviates from the normal: my wife and I loved the very first house we saw and Karolyn put together an incredible strategy for the offer and the couple of subsequent offer addendums. She was absolutely on top of things the whole way through and there's no way that we could have landed our perfect space on the first try without her help, advice and wealth of experience.

Karolyn Wold was amazing! This was my first experience buying a house and Karolyn walked me through every step of the way. She put up with all of my texts and e-mails, and all of my questions. She was available to show me houses whenever I was interested (nights, weekends, last minute, you name it). She helped me through the offer process, negotiated with the seller on my behalf, worked with a lender on my behalf, and even helped me with the inspection and future repairs. She is very responsible, caring, and understanding. She's flexible and really wants to find the house that is perfect for you. She's knowledgeable and knows a lot about houses, including when you shouldn't consider a house because they're asking too much or the repairs would be too much. I highly recommend her! My wife and I used Karolyn to list our house in Beaverton in July of 2019. The process was extremely smooth and effortless for my wife and I. We had a very difficult and manipulative buyers agent that Karolyn was able to help us through the process. And we sold for more than we listed for. Definitely would recommend.
