Karrie really understood what we were looking for and supported us through all the ups and downs of the crazy housing market. She was always there for us for anything we needed. She also did an amazing job on the listing for our condo - she knew how to get the best pictures out there and we had offers in less than 24 hours. Karrie was amazing! She listened to what I was looking for, made sure she was on top of the listings, contacted me and the seller immediately. The market was so hot when I was buying that Karrie made sure I knew what was available immediately, worked around my schedule for a showing, put in the offer immediately, and answered all my crazy questions along the way. It was almost as if she didn't sleep while I was looking for my perfect home! She also provided all info needed about the house to the mortgage lender and closing attorney very quickly. I could go on and on about how wonderful my experience was with Karrie. She really is amazing!

Karrie helped with every step of the process. Very professional, always quick to respond to questions and concerns, attended the inspection (even tho water came pouring down into the garage) she assures me it we could and would get it addresses in the inspection response back to the owner. In the end it all turned out great!! I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to work with!!!
