Karyn Carlton began her career in mortgage finance in 2001 when her dedication to assisting her clients through learning the ins and outs of every available loan option quickly landed her a coveted position as the in-house lender for a well-known national real estate brand. Later, growing frustrated that her clients were spending thousands of dollars to save their homes during the 2007-08 recession, Karyn obtained her real estate license where she helped countless homeowners short sell or modify their loans, releasing their liability with deficiency waivers and escaping those dire financial circumstances for no money out of pocket.
Karyn enjoys a sterling reputation as one of the most effective, top producing Realtors in the greater Las Vegas area. Karyn has demonstrated considerable skill in closing difficult, nuanced transactions to ensure her clients’ objectives are satisfied. She takes very seriously her obligation to serve as her clients’ fiduciary and works tirelessly to create meaningful additional value that will serve her clients’ interests.

The National Association of Realtors has certified Karyn as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert, but her integrity and creative intellect has established her as one of the valley’s most trusted advocates. Karyn is also an approved instructor for the Nevada Real Estate Division and is frequently called upon to impart the wisdom of her significant experience to her fellow Realtors in resolving challenges arising in their transactions.

To assist divorcing couples and their family law attorneys in navigating the manifold ethical considerations and practical difficulties in divesting a home from the marital estate, Karyn received a specialized designation as a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist — Divorce.
