Karyn Edwards has been a licensed realtor since 2002 and obtained her broker's license in 2013 to enhance her knowledge in real estate. She holds an Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation, which is awarded to agents who have completed specialized training in buyer representation, and a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, which is a mark of a professional who is committed to providing high-level services. With experience as a property investor, Karyn understands the investment and rental aspect of real estate. In 2019, she started her own brokerage, Crestway Properties, LLC, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positivity. Karyn has earned a great reputation and most of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals. She strives to be a resource to her clients, not just their realtor.
