Prior to entering real estate, Kase served in the U.S. armed forces as a non-commissioned officer where he completed multiple deployments. He credits his military background with allowing him to hone his abilities to be resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented—all of which help him succeed today as an agent. As a veteran, he welcomes opportunities to work with fellow veterans and others eligible for Veterans/VA loans. Kase also has an advanced understanding of investment loan products, first-time buyer options, and new construction. Along with his military background, Kase also draws on his professional experiences in customer service, leadership, data analysis, and problem-solving when helping his clients.

Along with his full-time real estate career, Kase is an active member in his community and serves on the local school board as Vice-Chair. He is a proud father of three daughters who loves spending family time outdoors camping and hiking. When he’s not helping clients turn real estate dreams to reality, Kase also enjoys woodworking and gardening.
