We worked with Kasey when we bought our house back in 2020. We enjoyed working with her so much that we had her list our house when we were ready to move again. We had an offer on our house within 3 days and just closed. I highly recommend her and her partner Brandi. They were both fantastic! Kasey is very quick to respond and is always willing to explain any dumb questions we may have. She knows her stuff!

Kasey was an ease to work with. Always answers phone calls, and acted as a great liaison between us and the builder. She attended multiple walk throughs on the new construction home we decided on and really fought for us with any minor issue that she noticed. She also on her own accord visited the construction site to send update photos. This all occurred after contracts were signed and she was already guaranteed her commission. She really cares about her clients and will really fight for you to get the best you can get. We cannot recommend her highly enough and will not hesitate to reach out to her again when the need arises.

We worked with Kasey as our agent to find a home. I received a job offer in Lake Mary with a start date about a month and some change away, so I started immediately looking for realtors in the area. Kasey responded about 10 minutes after I put in a request for a realtor through Dave Ramsey’s ELP program. This would be impressive normally, but it was made even more impressive by the fact that it was a Sunday night and she was cooking dinner!
Later that same week, we worked with her to look at several houses, which resulted in us putting an offer on one of the houses that we had found. Kasey helped us navigate the crazy Orlando area housing market which allowed us to win a contract on the house. Three weeks later and my wife and I are very happy with the house we have. Kasey helped to coordinate everything between the title company and lender to keep things moving quickly, which allowed us to go from job offer to moving in almost exactly a month later.
None of this would have been possible without Kasey’s expertise and if I could, I would rate my experience a 10/5.
If you need to buy or sell your home in the Orlando area, I highly recommend both her and the Creegan Group. I look forward to working with Kasey when my family has outgrown our current home.
