The Husain team did a great job selling my house. I am extremely happy with their work. It was a rural property with acreage, so I am sure it required more time and effort on their part than a more typical sale. It was always clear to me that they paid very close attention to all the details. I was always kept fully informed. Communication was frequent, clear, and complete. I was able to reach Ovais anytime I had a question or concern (weekdays, evenings, weekends). He made it clear that he really cared about me not just the sale. The team followed thru promptly on every commitment they made to me. They were very professional and extremely supportive throughout the entire process. I could not recommend the Husain team more highly.

Kashif is very professional and has deep understanding of Milpitas and neighboring areas! I am sure he has equally good or better knowledge of other areas too but my interaction was limited to Milpitas and I found him great! We were looking for our first house and discussed with multiple agents, all were good but Kashif was best! Kashif is very reasonable, approachable, and reliable. Whether you want to work with him or not he will keep your interest in mind prior to provide any suggestions or recommendations. There were certain times when we felt house is good but Kashif told that he will not recommend this house and he always provided reasoning for that. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond when it comes to negotiations and final closing. If you are looking to buy a house then I would certainly recommend to talk to Kashif. We started our home buying process with a randomly assigned agent from one of the popular websites. However, it became very apparent quickly that we needed local area expertise. Enter Kashif and Husain team.

Kashif asked the right level of questions to gauge what we were looking for and toured a few homes with us. He gave excellent insight which guided us extremely well in our home buying process. Within a few weeks, we found our dream home.

Kashif didn't stop there, since we needed some remodeling done, he immediately provided excellent professional contracts who got the jobs done within our time window.

Another success story for Kashif from Hussain Team. Kashif did phenomenal work and we are more than happy for his outstanding service and his professionalism. He has thorough knowledge of Bay area housing market. He sold our house in the Curtner elementary school district of Milpitas.He made selling the home so easy for us and we knew, we were in good hands. He inspected the home, made a list of renovations and gave us the time line. We knew each and every step ahead of time. We met his contractor Don and selected the remodelling materials in less than two hours. He understood our vision and made it happen in timely manner. Among all the candidates, Kashif really stood out for his professionalism, experience, and most importantly his honesty. We had been searching for our first house for more than two months but it was feeling like our budget was way too short for Bay Area. Even after bidding some 80-100k over the listed prices, we weren't succeeding. We had almost left hopes when a friend recommended us to talk to Malik Husain team. During our first meeting itself, we found out how the Husain team's approach was different than our earlier agent, for example showing a pre-qual closer to the bidding price (with a larger pre-qual, a seller may expect more knowing that the buyer has the potential to pay more), bidding early instead of waiting till the last hour. However, what won our trust back was that Kashif understood our needs and budget unlike our previous agent who kept pushing us to increase our bid and budget.
Need less to say that Kashif approach worked wonders and we won our first bid, in our budget and area we want-in, with Kashif.

Kashif, his brother Ovais and their dad Mr Malik Husain came to our home together for our first meeting.
My husband and I were impressed as they walked through the door, dressed professionally, and even asked if they should remove their shoes to walk on the carpet!
As we sat and listened to them talk, we knew that we had the right people to sell our home. Kashif would be our contact through the entire process of selling our home as we had never planned to move until this year 2020.
Kashi's knowledge and his confidence made us feel comfortable enough to trust his advice and/or suggestions. He was extremely patient with us as we asked a ton of questions every step of the way.
