We relocated from Boston to Colorado in late spring 2023 and were connected to her through our Boston realtor and fellow CU Buff alumni. Kassidy made sure we understood not only the nuances of each neighborhood and city, but also of the different home types. Because of her experience renovating homes herself, she has a keen eye for renovation costs and how to prioritize home updates, which was needed as most homes we looked at were 30 years old and needed updating. Living Room Real Estate has been absolutely amazing, they are the only reality team I want to work with in Denver. My wife and I sold and bought with Kassidy, Abbey, and Lisa, the integrity this team has is next to none. During every step of the process they defended our interests, and held us accountable to what we wanted. Kassidy met with us before to check out our house, see what we wanted in a new house, and talk about the market. This was an amazing level set, and when we wanted to start changing this plan the team always asked why. Not shutting us down or merely bending to every single new thought, but asking why or how this aligned or altered the original plan. Looking back, we might have ended our search faster if they let us alter our plans without asking "why," but we would not have been as happy with the final product and I personally appreciated the accountability. When we sold Kassidy and Lisa got our house under contract for 35K over asking, AS-IS, and a full rent back all while showing the house when we were on vacation! When we bought Kassidy and Abbey got our new house under contract in 2 hours and 13 minutes and 15k under market value... In a sellers market! I cannot say enough positive things about working with Kassidy Benson. She's very professional, listens to her customers and has the Denver expertise needed to help them quickly find homes that fit their needs. This was not my first home purchase, but was certainly my easiest. After a single phone-call, she sent me me the home I went on to buy.

Meeting Kassidy was the best thing that could have possibly happened to me. I had a ton of equity in my current house and wanted to use it to upgrade into a bigger house. But in this market I was told that I would have to sell my current house first to have a competitive offer for a new house. I was not willing to do that since it seemed too risky. A couple weeks later, Kassidy found exactly what I wanted: an off-market house that had the exact features/location I asked for, and the sellers were willing to sell it for a fair market price and contingent upon selling my house! I went under contract, sold my house the next weekend for 85k over asking, and ended up with a much better house with a similar monthly payment, and cash in my pocket. This all happened in one month. I understand how lucky this was, but I also realize that Kassidy is probably the only real estate agent in Denver who can make this happen in such a crazy market. She has all the right contacts and works harder than anyone I have ever met. When I tell people that Kassidy is the best real estate agent in Denver, I truly mean it. She advocates more for her clients more than anyone else, is extremely responsive, and you can trust her to get whatever you need done. Thank you so much Kassidy! You have significantly increased my quality of life, and that is something I will always be thankful for.

In a very tough seller’s market, Kassidy gracefully led us through the first-time-home-buying process. In purchasing my first home, Kassidy impressively and expertly navigated the extremely hot Denver market to find the right home for me. If you're looking for a realtor you can trust, let Kassidy Benson earn it! Having bought a home before, we had an expectation set by a former realtor of what buying a home was like - we do most of the work finding our home, they handle the paperwork once we find one, and then they get paid. A necessity, not a pleasantry.

Kassidy Benson blew our expectations out of the water by showing us there is both art and science to a good realtor. Here are a few specific examples of how her knowledge, advocacy, and proactiveness made an incredibly difficult process much easier on us.

Knowledge: Kassidy knows her stuff, and she is always doing whatever she can to learn more. She studies the market and the Denver area (economics, neighborhoods, transportation, development, etc.) constantly to stay in-the-know, ensuring her clients have all of the information that they need to make smart decisions. Based on our desired location, budget and housing characteristics, she was able to steer us in the right direction. As two working professionals ourselves, it was immediately apparent how dedicated and diligent of a professional Kassidy is - she's very impressive.

Advocacy and Leadership: In a competitive market, and on a multi-offer home, you need an advocate who knows how to position your offer by building a relationship with the selling agent and "selling" their client. Kassidy is well-respected and is an expert at representing you in the best light to the seller. She's also a leader, meaning she takes ownership over the many things that need to happen instead of putting them on you. For example, she has relationships with great vendors and contractors and takes the time to go get quotes, schedule appointments, and do things other realtors wouldn't spend the time to do. Need a plumbing quote? No problem.

Proactiveness: Kassidy is always one step ahead. She would send us homes as soon as they hit the market based on what we wanted, and they were spot on. She would also bring ideas for how we could turn homes into what we want based on her experience renovating. She doesn't just setup an MLS search for you and wait for you to request showings.

In short, Kassidy makes home buying and selling (we've used her for both) as easy and enjoyable as possible. She's a joy to work with, and we will never use or recommend anyone else. If you're looking for an agent, it doesn't get better than Kassidy Benson. Period

In our initial chat she was so low pressure and informative, giving us a ton of data about local trends in the market and info on aaaaaalll the 411 of buying a house, which was super helpful to us as first time buyers. We made an initial offer on a first house and she was great in helping us back out of it after inspection, and quickly turned around an offer for what is how our home on a Sunday...while she was skiing!
