Kat Snethen joined Coldwell Banker Shook as an experienced agent who is committed to providing the highest level of service to al of her buyers and sellers. Kat is a dedicated, passionate and market savvy professional who puts her clients' satisfaction before all else. Kat is a graduate of Covington High, Covington, Indiana. During her first year of real estate, Kat was Rookie of the month for 12 consecutive months, a top Affiliate Agent in the State of Indiana for buyers & sellers represented, reached over 6 million dollars in sales and over 10 million dollars in sales every year thereafter. Kat is a member of the President's Club, Executive Club, Relocation Team for buyers and sellers and is a board member for the Habitat for Humanity Women Build Program in Lafayette.

Kat and her husband, Dennis, enjoy traveling and have just visited Croatia and will be going to Tahiti in 2024. Kat has one son and 2 grandchildren that are 10 and 7.
