Kate Balzer

Kate Balzer has been a real estate agent for 15 years, working in Las Vegas and in Pittsburgh. She focuses on the South Hills, Downtown, and Ligonier, where she helps individuals and families find luxury properties. She is also a Designated USAA Relocation agent for members of the military. She achieved the Washington-Greene Association of REALTORS® Rudy Award. Kate also received The Incline’s Who’s Next Award in Housing. The person who nominated Balzer said she has an “incredible work ethic and dedication to her clients,” adding that Balzer is involved with the Make-A-Wish foundation. After many years with Coldwell Banker, she signed on with Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty in April 2017 and hoped “to aggressively market and close luxury properties,” she told The Incline. A graduate of Duquesne University, she lives in Cecil with her family and Boston Terriers. Kate offers her clients excellent negotiation skills and a premier service rooted in her experience, professionalism, and market knowledge.
