I heard all the horror stories about buyers being outbid. Some told me they bid on 5-6 and even 7 houses before they got their forever homes. Kate took me and my fiancé out house hunting. After looking at a few we were not interested in, I came home and started looking for more. A house went live right while I was looking. I asked Kate if she could get us in to see it. She made a phone call and in minutes we were on our way to the new find. We fell in love with it! Kate submitted our offer as soon as we got back. The very next morning our offer was accepted! Our buying search took all of 4 hours at the most. If Kate wasn’t one of the best we probably wouldn’t be living in our forever home that we LOVE!!!!
Kate was also my fiancé’s realtor. His beautiful home was very manly decorated. Kate breezes into his house with articles from her own home to stage a more fresh appearance. His home was sold in 2 hours of the 1st showing.
Kate is an amazing realtor. Kate truly knows her stuff.She listens to what you have to say. She is very patient, not pushy.

Kate Christy found my fiancé and I the perfect home based on what our needs were. She not only seamlessly got us through the bidding process, but eventually through the settlement as well. As all this was going on, she managed to sell my current home in 2 hours for SUBSTANTIALLY more than asking price in an area she was not totally familiar with; talk about doing your homework. She’s definitely the best.

Kate Christy helped my fiancé and I search for and purchase our first home. Kate is patient, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If anyone needs or is looking for a realtor, do not hesitate to contact her. She was seriously AMAZING. From the first time I reached out, Kate helped walk us through the process start to finish and she was there to answer any and all our questions at anytime (and I had plenty). From taking us to numerous showings, writing contracts, and putting in several offers in this grueling market, to finally finding ours and being able to call it our home, Kate truly went above and beyond for us! Kate is best friend and realtor I’ve ever had. I first met Kate through a mutual friend and never thought not to use her as my realtor once, any stressful process was easy thanks to her. Kate would go out and look at house’s for me during times I couldn’t make it even though they were all in areas she was not familiar, her feedback and picture and video were beyond my expectations. Even though she did not advise me to this many times, I trusted her honest opinion, her sense, and that she knew what I wanted in a house. I put an offer in on a house on a house that I had not seen with my own eyes, only hear about it and saw it threw an extremely detailed FaceTime call, a few days later at 9pm Kate was back to work with a call that my offer was on the table, at 9:30 I got the call that my offer was picked. I went threw the whole home buying process, waived inspections and didn’t see my house until closing day. The house was exactly what I wanted for me and my dog. I never would’ve gone blind into the sale without Kate’s opinion and the trust we had three the process. With Kate at my realtor I would 100% go into another sale blind. Even after 9 months of owning the house Kate is still there to answer questions for me. As long as Kate is in the business I will be use if her to sell and buy all my houses without any doubt.

Kate was the best relator I could have ever asked for to help me sell and buy my new home! Kate was always available no matter the time or day. She would go above and beyond to make my crazy schedule work to see houses in addition to advocating for me to ensure I got the best place possible.
