As first-time home buyers coming from out of town, we were extremely nervous going into this process. Our agent, Kate Esposido, made everything so easy and accessible for us. She worked around our very tight schedule and spent the entire day showing us not only the houses but the surrounding areas so we could get a feel of each neighborhood. She provided amazing counsel throughout the process of drafting our offer, walking through each option and weighing pros and cons of each. After the offer was accepted, she was instrumental in ensuring each step went smoothly. In response to errors in our appraisal, Kate drafted a long and detailed response to the appraiser disputing each mistake. Over the few months of working together, we were always able to reach her for questions or concerns. She is incredibly personable, skilled, and easy to work with! We cannot recommend Kate more!

Our dad passed away at the end of last year and when we were ready to sell his condo, Katie handled the entire process with compassion and expertise. Needing to sell our house with such a crazy market, was something I was dreading. Kate was not only able to sell our home incredibly quickly, but she was able to walk us through all our options, and discuss what each offer meant, as she was able to get multiple offers, all over listing price! The listing photos she had done looked amazing, and were done with a professional, not just shot on an iPhone. Kate herself was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to communicate, even when she was out of the country. I'm hoping to never move again, but if I do, Kate will be the only realtor I work with.

My wife and I were planning on renting an apartment in New Haven County for early July. Our lease for our previous apartment was ending that same month. This did not deter Kate, and when we were feeling helpless about our search, she did not give up and refused to let us give up. She was willing to meet later at night, due to our work schedules.
